I hereby grant the LEAP Conference for Women in Business and or Community Futures Fraser Fort George the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, broadcast, distribute and/or create derivative works of the photographed images of me taken during the course of LEAP 2020 for use in connection with the activities of LEAP or Community Futures or for promoting, publicizing or explaining LEAP or Community Futures.

The grant includes, without limitation, the right to publish such images in all official LEAP or Community Futures’ platforms such the website and social media platforms, including advertisements, promotion and any other LEAP or Community Futures related publication.

These images may appear in any of the wide variety of forms and media now available to LEAP or Community Futures and that may be available in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, videotape, CD-ROM and electronic/online media.

Please note that filming and photography will be taking place throughout the conference. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the areas in which these activities are taking place.

A [50% refund] will be issued if registration is canceled on or before September 15TH, 2020.

No refund will be issued if registration is canceled after September 15th, 2020, regardless of the reason, including, can no longer attend, personal reasons, sickness, travel interruption, or any other reasons of which are beyond our control. This refund policy will be strictly enforced.

If you can no longer attend, you may find a replacement to use your registration.
