Everybody has unconscious biases. They don’t make us good or bad; they make us human. Without realizing it, however, these biases can negatively impact our decision-making – driving talent away, normalizing discrimination, and stifling innovation. While this applies to all genders in our society, bias towards women and their ability to perform a particular job can drastically impact their ability to advance in the workplace.
Despite evidence that links gender diversity with improved organizational performance, shifting the dial on gender diversity in leadership is painfully slow. Reframe Gender Inclusivity is a highly interactive workshop series focused on providing participants with the insight, practical tools, and skills to mitigate the negative impact of gender bias in the workplace, become active bystanders, and champion gender diversity and inclusive leadership.
