Client Services Coordinator - Part Time (25 Hours per Week)

Community Futures of Fraser Fort George (CF FFG) is currently seeking a part- time, 22.5 hours/week, Client Services Coordinator to join their team. This is a new position to CF FFG, as such the incumbent will need to be willing to adapt to potential changes in the position, including the potential to increase the hours of work, as needed. It is anticipated that the majority of the work week will require the incumbent to be in-house the office located at 1566 – 7th Avenue in Prince George, BC. The position will be focused on enhancing our client services as such, must have a passion for the people, businesses and communities we serve.

Roles & Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for supporting all aspects of client services and will include but, not limited to:

  • Technology, software, and IT support for the team
  • Support the team with outreach and information sharing including the following:
    • Updating and maintain the website – key areas will be updating workshops and training offerings and being capable of provide registrants list to the facilitator(s)
    • Schedule and post on our Social Media platforms
    • Assess optimal marketing methods for upcoming events
    • Design posters, social media posts, and develop other public correspondence (such as Media Releases)
  • Greet the public/clients in a professional and respectful manner (in person, online or on the phone)
  • Organize meetings, events, etc. This may be for CF FFG team members or for a larger initiative that consists of outside partnerships and participants
  • Support the team with drafting and/or editing correspondence, forms, etc. Including fillable pdf forms/documents
  • File management and maintenance – both digital and hardcopy
  • Data entry into our projects and client tracking system
  • Maintaining the strictest level of accountability and confidentiality
  • Ensuring all aspects of office maintenance is taken care of – keeping our environment safe, clean and well equipped

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Ideally, the candidate will have completed formal training in the area of administrative support with enhanced skills in the area of technology/IT support, social media, and/or event planning
  • Demonstrate previous experience in a role of similar nature
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Office 365, and strong experience using other programs such as: WordPress, Canva or Adobe Creative, and the use of online platforms such as Zoom, Go-to-Meetings, etc.
  • Exemplary organizational skills and ability to manage multiple (and often competing) priorities
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate and communicate professionally and effectively
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset with the fundamental skills of: problem solving, paying acute attention to detail, capabilities to self-organizing, ability to self-motivate and be flexible in adapting to a variety of activities
  • Experience with client and/or project management data bases, an asset
  • Passionate about supporting others and ensuring they have the resources, information and support to achieve required outcomes
