Strong negotiation skills are an asset to any small business owner and are applicable to a wide variety of situations including negotiating with customers, suppliers, leaseholders and many others. This interactive workshop will provide a chance to improve your negotiation skills. The facilitator will also cover the different kinds of negotiation tactics that may be required in common business situations such as making a sale or dealing with difficult customers.
